Topics covered include understanding incurable or life limiting illness, using the significant care tool, advance care planning options, and being alongside a person in the last phase of life.

Upcoming sessions:

Tuesday 14th May at 1.30pm
Tuesday 28th May at 1.30pm
Tuesday 4th June at 1.30pm
