We kindly ask all donations are either bagged or boxed.
Where can I take my donated goods?
We ask that larger donations, not listed below, are taken to our Donation Centre at Peartree Road, Stanway or a furniture collection is arranged. Smaller donations of up to two small bags can be taken to any of our shops during opening hours.

What can I not donate?
We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our community donating items to be resold in our shops and online, however, there are some items that we are unfortunately unable to accept:
If items are broken or need repair they are unlikely to be saleable. We do recycle as much as we can but this incurs a cost to dispose of unusable items. If you are unsure if your donation is saleable, please call the team for advice.
There is however a number of places that can home these items. Please visit Recycle Now to find out what to do with your unwanted goods and where to recycle them.
How do I arrange a furniture collection?
We offer free furniture collections for larger items, to arrange a collection please contact our Furniture Shop directly on 01206 890165. Larger items include:
Each individual upholstered item must have a fire label attached. All items collected need to be in good saleable condition; our collection drivers are happy to offer advice!

SinglePoint is a 24/7 advice and support helpline which helps to coordinate an individual’s care with the hospice. SinglePoint also works alongside other healthcare services such as GPs, Community Nurses or Specialists.
