Sign up to be a Spring Sponsor this April to help patients remain at home with their families in the last weeks of life.

St Helena’s Virtual Ward provides comfort and relief to the patients and families in its care, and hope that they can remain at home with their loved ones, if that is where they want to be at the end of life.

By signing up to be one of our Spring Sponsors, your £100 will help pay to keep our Virtual Ward service running during April, providing comfort and support to patients in their last weeks of life.

St Helena Hospice’s Virtual Ward provides personal care and support to people in the last weeks of life and their families, in the comfort of their own homes. Care is provided twice daily by our team of experienced healthcare assistants, and is overseen by our expert nurses. Patients and families are further supported by our 24/7 SinglePoint phoneline, and if needed, have access to our team of doctors, therapists and spiritual care team.

SinglePoint is a 24/7 advice and support helpline which helps to coordinate an individual’s care with the hospice. SinglePoint also works alongside other healthcare services such as GPs, Community Nurses or Specialists.
