Our SinglePoint team of call handlers and nurses provide advice and support to patients, families and health and social care professionals over the phone 24 hours, 7 days a week, and we don’t turn our phones to voicemail over the Christmas period.
Last year, over the festive fortnight we took 1,342 calls from people who needed us at a difficult time, and this year we expect to help even more. Our SinglePoint team are vital in helping to ensure our patients can remain at home where they want to be at Christmas, spending time with their loved ones and tucking into a Christmas lunch – just like you.

SinglePoint is a 24/7 advice and support helpline which helps to coordinate an individual’s care with the hospice. SinglePoint also works alongside other healthcare services such as GPs, Community Nurses or Specialists.
