We help local people face incurable illness, supporting them and their families, friends and carers. We also support children and adults who are facing bereavement. To do so we rely heavily on the help and generosity of local businesses, both big and small.
Our dedicated fundraising team is always looking for new corporate partners in North Essex who are interested in the vital care and support we provide to members of our community, and who are keen to get involved and build a relationship with us.

Informa one of our Corporate Supporters have raised over £15,000 for St Helena since 2008. They have been involved in the Birkett Long £50 Challenge, had teams take part and help us at different events, regularly join us for their Corporate volunteering and of course done a lot of baking. The difference they have made could pay for our Community Nurses for a week delivering personal care, symptom management, advice and support day and night to those who need it. We have been fortunate to be nominated Charity of the Year partner for the Colchester and Dovercourt TSB branches 3 years in row. During 2018 they raised £1630 which could pay for St Helena’s drug bill for 3 days, providing medication that can provide important symptom control for patients in The Hospice or at home.

SinglePoint is a 24/7 advice and support helpline which helps to coordinate an individual’s care with the hospice. SinglePoint also works alongside other healthcare services such as GPs, Community Nurses or Specialists.
