Visitors are a highly valued part of hospice life and bring great comfort to our patients, but at this difficult time, we are having to make the right decisions to protect our vulnerable patients and the staff caring for them.
All visits must be pre-arranged. To arrange a visit please call reception on 01206 845566.
Before visiting please familiarise yourself with the latest visiting guidance here which outlines a number of rules designed to protect our patients by adhering to social distancing and limiting the number of people moving through the ward at any one time.
St Helena is working in partnership with the Colchester Travel Plan Club to encourage and support staff and visitors to explore other options for travelling to our Myland Hall site, as an alternative to driving. This is part of our commitment to help promote sustainable travel as a way of reducing traffic congestion and air pollution.
